Welcome to Taiba Alliance. By becoming a member or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure transparency, cooperation, and the effective functioning of our alliance.
1. Name and Purpose
The name of the alliance is Taiba Alliance.
Our purpose:
Provide exceptional services to Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.
Foster collaboration among member agencies.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian and Bangladeshi regulations.
2. Membership Policies
Eligibility:
Must hold a valid Hajj or travel agency license.
Maintain a strong reputation for quality services.
Commit to following Taiba Alliance policies and standards.
Responsibilities:
Actively participate in alliance activities and plans.
Deliver high-quality services to pilgrims.
Uphold the alliance’s reputation and coordinate with the lead agency.
Termination:
Membership may be revoked for policy violations, non-compliance, or actions harming the alliance’s interests.
3. Governance and Administration
Executive Committee:
Formed under the lead agency with member consensus.
Oversees policies and operations.
Tenure:
The committee serves for one year, with decisions reviewed post-Hajj.
Sub-Committees:
Created as needed for specific tasks.
4. Service Standards
Members must:
Provide quality services as per alliance guidelines.
Attend training sessions to improve service delivery.
5. Financial Management
Transparent financial practices include:
Regular audits and pre-approved budgets.
Proper documentation of transactions.
Misuse of funds will result in disciplinary actions.
6. Data Protection
Members must ensure confidentiality of pilgrim data.
Unauthorized use of data will result in strict penalties.
7. Dispute Resolution
A complaint center will address issues for pilgrims or agencies.
Complaints must be resolved within a specific timeline.
8. Alliance Conduct
Members must:
Follow ethical practices.
Prioritize cooperation over competition.
9. Meetings and Decision-Making
General meetings will be held at least three times annually.
Emergency meetings may be called when necessary.
10. Training and Technology
Regular training programs ensure compliance with Hajj regulations.
Members must use designated platforms for managing pilgrim data and coordination.
11. Crisis Management
A crisis team will handle emergencies during Hajj or Umrah.
Full cooperation with the team is mandatory to ensure safety.
12. Termination of Alliance
The alliance may be dissolved with 75% member consent.
Funds and assets will be distributed transparently and lawfully.
13. Legal Compliance
Members must adhere to Saudi Arabian and Bangladeshi laws.
Disputes will be resolved as per applicable jurisdiction.
14. Acceptance of Terms By joining Taiba Alliance, members agree to these terms. Updates to terms will be communicated in advance and require Executive Committee approval.
